In spite of the initial confusion around my recent order, I received exactly what I ordered….correctly and in the correct amount. Thank you for your efforts. As always, I am a big fan of this special coffee. When I gave up caffeine some months ago, I was afraid my coffee-drinking days were over; thanks to this special blend/brew I have my faithful cup of coffee every morning. Your customer service has been responsive and prompt. I so appreciate that.
I do have one suggestion: with the upcoming holidays, it would be great if you could come up with a sample box containing the different blends that we current customers can buy as gifts. I can recommend this product endlessly, but without a sample, it’s just my word/opinion. Thanks.

If an individual has an medical issues tolerating caffeinated coffee they should try RareBird over decaf coffee beans or grind. There is no comparison with the two as RareBird is much superior in taste and certainly in its effect on the human body. Rarebird has really improved my quality of life. It doesn't cause insomnia like regular coffee, and I feel at least as alert as I did drinking full caffeine coffee. It tastes very good, though not quite up to a premium fresh ground coffee. I'm looking forward to trying the whole bean product. I only wish it was a little less expensive.
